Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $48.50.
