About the Role

Culinary Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient consultations and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary care team
  • Ensure nutrition orders are properly implemented and conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Complete MDS/Section K following regulatory and facility schedule
  • Provide nutrition assessments on admission, per regulation, and in consultation as needed
  • Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary care team, attend Care Plan meetings
  • Maintain high risk screening, intervention, and monitoring program
  • Coordinate with the Foodservice Director on specialty diets, texture modifications, and regulatory compliance
  • Complete pre-survey audits, develop and implement corrective action plans
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional dietetics experience, new RDs encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy and evidenced based treatment practices
  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and be licensed in the state(s) of service or able to license in the state of service
