We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Executive to join our team at Skanska USA. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
