We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Executive to join our team at Skanska USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
