About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Appliance Installation and Repair Technician to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our in-home services team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing large products in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex electronic products in customers' homes
  • Install new appliances and electronics, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction
  • Manage routes, part orders, and returns to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory, vehicle maintenance, and provide feedback and training opportunities
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
  • 1 year of experience in the electronics industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
