Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Installation and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our in-home services team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing large appliances and home theater systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex appliance issues in customers' homes
  • Install and configure home theater systems and appliances
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage routes, part orders, and returns to minimize costs and losses
  • Offer alternative solutions to customers when repairs are not feasible
  • Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and vehicle maintenance
  • Provide feedback and training opportunities to team members
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
  • 1 year of experience in the electronics industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards
  • Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, including resolution of complex issues
