Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate Activity Assistant to join our team at The Springs at Wyandot Trail. As an Activity Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging programs, activities, and events. If you're an event planner at heart and want to bring excitement into the lives of others, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and plan programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents.
  • Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions.
  • Promote and communicate upcoming activities and events to encourage participation.
  • Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and personal skills.
  • Valid driver's license (MVR required to drive campus transport bus/transport residents).
