Job Overview

Cadia Healthcare Pike Creek is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations as necessary.
  • Review staffing for assigned shifts and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Make staffing adjustments as required.
  • Conduct rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Replace call-offs and communicate events/incidents and resident concerns to the DON/ADON.
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in this state or compact state.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
