Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Support Associate, you will be responsible for acting under the supervision of registered nurses, LPNs, clinical directors, or nursing supervisors. You will support nurses and physicians, perform other duties as required, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.


Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position. While not mandatory, having a certificate or course experience as a nursing assistant is highly desirable. Additionally, American Heart Association BLS certification or equivalent from the American Red Cross is required.
