About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Ayres Associates. As a Municipal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing municipal projects, including water supply and distribution systems, sanitary sewers, and stormwater systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design municipal and civil engineering projects, including water supply and distribution systems, sanitary sewers, and stormwater systems.

Gather and analyze data on projects and prepare reports, plans, and specifications, and cost estimates.

Coordinate and oversee construction activities on various types of projects.

Expand our client base and cross-sell services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a municipal or transportation emphasis.

Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.

Minimum of 5-10 years of related engineering experience.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.

Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within one year.

Experience in municipal design, Civil 3D, InRoads, MicroStation, GIS, modeling (water, sewer, and stormwater), and construction observation/administration.
