Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive weekly onboarding compensation during a 6-week training period.
  • Actively engage in residential roofing sales within areas affected by storms.
  • Successfully finalize sales within your designated region.
  • Maintain a flexible 40-hour work schedule to accommodate meetings with homeowners.
  • Earn commissions on a weekly basis.
  • Benefit from additional onboarding pay throughout the 6-week training phase.
  • Estimated earnings for Sales Representatives range from $90,000 to $180,000.
Travel Opportunities:
Participate in our Storm Response Team, where sales representatives may be deployed to assist other branches experiencing recent storm damage.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, including door-to-door, retail, or customer service roles.
