Senior Mechanical Automation Designer

As a Senior Mechanical Automation Designer at MeganSoft, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical automation systems for various industries. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and automation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop mechanical automation systems, including mechanical components, electrical controls, and software integration.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper installation and commissioning of automation systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation systems.
- 8-10 years of experience in mechanical automation design and development.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering and automation.
- Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, including PLCs and HMI systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with manufacturing automation domain.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experience with tooling design and development.
