Daily Responsibilities:
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer specifications in all assigned tasks.
- Adhere to safety regulations and perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with specifications and the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Required: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory setting, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in interpreting 2D diagrams and batch documentation to ensure accurate assembly of clinical supplies.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team to complete assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates initiative, commitment to responsibilities, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Ability to work in Primary, Secondary, Refrigerated (2 to 8° C), and Frozen (-20° C) Packaging areas.
- Ability to stand continuously (50-80%).
- Ability to walk frequently (50-80%).
- Ability to sit (50-80%).
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently (25-50%).
