Job Overview:
The Identity and Access Management Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining standardized access management processes utilized across various departments. This position encompasses the full spectrum of software process enhancement initiatives, including planning, analysis, design, execution, testing, and the deployment of innovative solutions. The Analyst will identify areas for process optimization and implement effective strategies to address them. A comprehensive understanding of the specific processes employed by the teams is necessary, along with familiarity with industry-standard process models.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upgrade and operationalize the current access management solution for multiple applications, focusing on the following components:
a. Policy Server
b. Policy Store
c. Administration User Interface
d. Access Gateway
2. Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during the upgrade process.
3. Develop an upgrade guide and revise the existing system design documentation.
4. Facilitate communication and coordination with various application teams utilizing the access management solution.
