Field Service Representative

Synergy Global Housing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance inspections for vacant and occupied apartments, ensuring that services meet company standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand schedules and daily instructions, reporting deficiencies and communicating with supervisors regularly throughout the day.
- Perform inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final, and/or Return) and resolve issues or communicate to the Synergy Office defects beyond your ability to correct.
- Deliver and pick up miscellaneous service requests.
- Be responsible for keys, remotes, FOBs issued and/or assigned.
- Perform light apartment cleans if necessary (dust, wipe, sweep, vacuum, mop, trash removal).
- Inspect electronics and ensure internet modems, cable boxes, and phones are in working order.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, determining if the vehicle is safe to operate and has all necessary fluids (gasoline, oil, water, etc.) before loading the vehicle.
- Maintain a fully stocked inspection kit (backpack) and properly use the contents.
- Properly use and store chemicals.
- Follow safety procedures, operate equipment, and perform job-related duties in a safe manner.
- Properly document daily activity with electronic forms and submit once activity has been completed.
- Sit in on cable tech appointments to ensure providers successfully install/troubleshoot per request.
- May assist in training new hires.
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Clear verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest services position is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use power and hand-held operated cleaning equipment.
- Ability to understand general mathematics.
- Ability to follow and exchange verbal communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Ability to communicate via cell phone or hand-held devices.
- Ability to utilize GPS or read a map.
- Must report to work in a clean uniform approved and supplied by Synergy Corporate Housing.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, either working independently and/or within a group setting.
- Ability to work overtime or weekends when required on short notice at managers' discretion.
