Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
  • Perform sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors to meet safety standards.
  • Clean work surfaces, including tables, walls, and food preparation areas.
  • Manage waste disposal by removing trash and cleaning garbage containers.
  • Assist in the transportation of supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support banquet and front-of-house setups.
  • Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
  • Distribute utensils and equipment as required.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
