Role Summary

This position involves managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, enterprise billing, bank reconciliations, and various other accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process accounts payable invoices
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding vendor invoices
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Provide customer support for billing inquiries
  • Accurately assign account coding
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage weekly bank deposits
