  • Foster and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and superior quality of goods.
  • Analyze market data to discern trends and identify opportunities for improvement, subsequently developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations, including safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and supplier networks.
  • Strong grasp of procurement and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years in procurement roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing.
