We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our team at Capital Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of AI technologies and data-driven solutions that optimize client/associate experiences and operation efficiency.
  • Architecture and Design: Define and drive the target state architecture centered on business outcomes and customer/associate experience, leveraging AI and data.
  • Cloud and Integration: Manage and own the solution blueprint for the respective servicing portfolio, overseeing architecture for Digital/web Transformation and providing expertise and guidance to development teams.
  • Business Partnership: Engage with leadership to understand business strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate tradeoffs, and influence critical decisions.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience and expertise in cloud-native technologies, ML/AI technologies, modern data engineering architecture, and modern application architectures.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading technology/digital transformation from legacy architecture to modern architecture, including Micro-UI architecture, event-based architecture, and micro-service in the cloud.
  • Education and Certifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of related software engineering/architecture experience, and AWS Solution Architect Certificate.
