Electrical Team Lead

Job Overview:
Ladder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee the execution of electrical projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, according to code, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on various projects. You will interpret electrical blueprints and specifications to delegate tasks and ensure compliance, as well as monitor and maintain inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on high-voltage electrical projects
- Develop and implement project plans to meet deadlines and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of electrical materials and equipment inventory
- Evaluate and improve the performance of electricians under your supervision
- Conduct regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to communicate project progress and address concerns
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues on-site and provide solutions
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician with significant supervisory or leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, hand tools, and electrical equipment
- Understanding of electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid electrical journeyman or master's license
- OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000, based on location and experience.
