Job Responsibilities
The Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation and review of M&A transaction documents, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and purchase agreements
- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting with the preparation and review of LPAs, PPMs, and other transaction documents
- Supporting the administrative component of legal invoicing and billing
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in M&A transactions and paralegal support
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
