Treasury Director

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Director to lead our global capital market activities, including global hedging programs, managing rating agency relationships, cash forecasting, subsidiary capitalization, and working capital management.

• Assist the Treasurer in global capital market transactions
• Develop a FX and interest-rate hedging program
• Work with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and FP&A on international cash repatriation strategies
• Subsidiary capitalization and maintain ample liquidity based on their working capital needs
• Work with AR, AP, and Supply chain departments to improve Working Capital
• Assist the Treasurer in managing Rating agency relationships, including a thorough understanding of their respective models
• Working knowledge of Dodd Frank and EMIR protocol requirements
• Ad-hoc Capital structure analysis
• Fixed asset investment planning and analysis
• Mergers and acquisition support
• Long-term financial planning
• Work with Investor Relations on share buyback strategies

• At least ten (10) or more years finance experience with at least five (5) years in Treasury or Treasury related role
• MS in Finance or Economics/MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Undergraduate education in highly analytical degree program
• Financial Planning and analysis experience
