L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Space Vehicle Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies and baselines for proposal pursuits. This role will involve working closely with the program Mission CSE and Space Vehicle Engineer to collaborate with all functional disciplines during new pursuits to establish a technical baseline. The Enterprise Space Vehicle Architect will lead agile technical teams in performing detail system and subsystem trades and analyses, incorporating lessons learned from existing programs into future baselines to improve engineering excellence and program execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space vehicle design considerations in various orbital regimes, system-level requirements verification, and experience in mentoring and growing technical staff. Additionally, the candidate should have a track record of leading technical teams in mission and/or space vehicle pursuits, including RFI, RFP responses, resulting in contract award. The salary range for this role is $153,500 - $285,500, and the application window is anticipated to close November 30, 2024.
