Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health team at AccentCare, Inc. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
  • Educate patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations
