Key Responsibilities- Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
- Educate patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
- Valid CPR certification
- Licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $80,000
