Location: Various locations across Massachusetts

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and assist patients in rehabilitation. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in implementing treatment plans developed by physical therapists.
  • Helping patients with exercises, stretches, and rehabilitation activities.
  • Monitoring patient progress and providing feedback to the supervising therapist.
  • Educating patients on exercises and self-care techniques.
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
  • State licensure or certification as a physical therapy assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
