As a Computed Tomography Technologist at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform computed tomography procedures on patients of all ages, adhering to approved protocols, radiation safety, and established exam indicators.
Maintain knowledge of equipment and instruments/supplies pertinent to high-quality exams.
Evaluate the appropriateness of requested exams to assist radiologists.
Schedule and obtain history from patients, ensuring effective internal and external communication consistent with age and mental capacity.
May travel between Trinity Health sites.
Requirements:
Registered as a Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required at hire unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS or as defined in the Trinity Health Certification Crosswalk.
