Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist - Local Contract

Job Summary:
Healthcare Staffing Plus is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for capturing diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues using computerized tomography equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safety and quality of our patients' care.

Responsibilities:
• Position patients appropriately for scanning
• Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner
• Sterilize radiologic equipment
• Administer radiocontrast agents to patients
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Explain scanning procedures to patients

Requirements:
• BLS and ACLS certification
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong technical skills
• ARRT Certification
• COVID vaccine with 2 shots and booster
