Why You Will Love This Role:

As a Coffee Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our coffee service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to every patron. You will educate guests about our premium selection of coffees, teas, and beverages. A true professional, you will also fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

It is essential to maintain a positive demeanor at all times to encourage repeat visits from our customers. You will be tasked with opening and closing the coffee station, ensuring it remains clean and well-stocked.
The Coffee Specialist is trained to craft exquisite espresso beverages.

Key factors to consider include the grinding of the espresso, the pressure applied during tamping, the milk temperature, and brewing fresh coffee.

You will also be responsible for keeping the coffee brewing throughout the day and preparing other beverages such as juices or milk-based drinks.
