About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash regularly
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and materials.
