Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery electrical systems, mechanical systems, and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities- Perform equipment preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machines and equipment breakdowns to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
- Disassemble and reassemble machines assemblies and sub-assemblies to perform repairs.
- Replace broken or defective machine and equipment parts.
- Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices.
- Follow all applicable EHS, Quality, and Food Safety procedures and protocols, and report any incidents to your supervisor.
- Complete all EHS, Quality, and Food Safety applicable training.
- Support implementation of the Quality and Food Safety program and comply with the expectations of this role if included as part of the Food Safety or Internal Audit team.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty electronic components such as drives and PLCs.
- 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- A.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Technology preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
