Caregiver Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Respond to resident calls and determine the best course of action to address their needs
  • Ensure residents receive a balanced diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
