We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Traffic Department in North Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, from developing proposal documents to overseeing project delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope and fee quotations, and assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
  • Perform technical discipline tasks, including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
  • Implement the firm's project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project.
  • Supervise and mentor project staff to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts for mega and super mega projects.
Requirements
  • 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
Primary Focus
  • Serving as Project Manager on TxDOT traffic IDIQ contracts.
  • Growing municipal traffic practice.
  • Serving as Project Manager on municipal traffic contracts.
