Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our consumers through various communication channels, including chat, phone calls, and email. Your role is crucial in understanding consumer needs and ensuring they receive timely and appropriate assistance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver efficient and courteous service to both prospective and existing consumers, adhering to VNS Health standards.
2. Address and resolve non-clinical inquiries and complaints related to customer service.
3. Build effective relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to facilitate problem resolution.
4. Exhibit empathy and active listening skills to ensure consumer needs are met, fostering a positive experience.
5. Stay informed about organizational changes through ongoing training and educational resources.
6. Maintain adherence to contact center performance metrics and standards.
7. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.
8. Coordinate and track services provided by various departments and community agencies.
9. Act as a liaison to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate information dissemination.
10. Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer retention and service quality.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years in customer service, preferably within a healthcare environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, depending on operational needs.
