Job Overview

Role: Event Technician

The Event Technician plays a crucial role in the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment within a hospitality environment, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position is under the supervision of a senior manager in the Event Technology division.

Primary Duties:

  • Accurately and efficiently operating audiovisual equipment
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Exhibiting technical skills to resolve issues
  • Familiarizing oneself with company protocols

  • Completing required documentation

Required Qualifications:
