Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Expert to join our team at Melin. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new customers and build lasting rapport through personalized connections and exceptional hospitality.
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge to support client inquiries, questions, and concerns, and maintain awareness of the competition and melin's unique offerings.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, outgoing, high-energy attitude to customers and team members, and execute training and strategies to deliver a premium guest experience.
  • Execute restocking, back-of-house operations, supply needs, and daily store maintenance as directed by Store Management.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism, even in high-stress situations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably with closing and opening responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor style to suit the audience
  • Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities
  • Preferred proficiency in action sports, golfing, running/training, and a passion for the outdoors
  • Computer skills, including operating POS sales (Shopify)
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial skills
