Job Title: Claims Coordinator

As a Claims Coordinator at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, you will play a vital role in the claims process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are followed to meet the required program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system.
  • Review and ensure compliance with daily tasks and job requirements.
  • Monitor and update jobs in the operating system to ensure efficient flow through the claims process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely uploading of photos and documents, as well as follow-up with homeowners and insurance/mortgage information.
  • Create and assist with job estimates, reviewing final estimates to ensure completeness according to company standards.
  • Manage customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolution.
  • Understand and adhere to company cycle times and SLAs for each job and phase.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • IICRC Certifications preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
