Job Summary:

The Hanover Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient production of quality products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Directs and manages the plant assets and personnel to ensure a balance of Safety, Quality and Cost within the operation without sacrificing one for another. Supports corporate goals and initiatives by leading local activities designed to ensure employees safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Creates and distributes manufacturing schedule.
Manages KW (plant) controllable portion of P&L and finances by reviewing and approving preparation of accounting analysis: for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, and submittal for capital expenditures.
Develops and maintains manufacturing operations and business plans to include but not limited to all program requirements, labor hours, cycle times, takt times, production requirements and costs.
Supports, enforces, and adheres to regulatory requirements, company / plant policies, procedures, rules and code of conduct.
Effectively and timely communicate appropriate information to manager, direct reports, and peers.
Recruit, train, and onboard new employees.

BA or BS in appropriate discipline preferred but not required
Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards

Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience
Strong process engineering experience
Working knowledge of system requirements
