Professional Staff Nurse

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a Professional Staff Nurse to join our team in Erie, PA. As a member of our medical oncology team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in oncology nursing.
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
- BSN preferred.
- Oncology experience and IV skills a plus.
