Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team at MedBridge Development. This position involves performing various accounting and administrative tasks under the supervision of the Controller. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable, invoice review, check processing, vendor maintenance, and supply pricing management. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure efficient supply pricing.
  • Prepare deposits and perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and Accounting Staff to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Excellent phone, verbal, written, and editing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Accounting experience preferred.
