ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Support Associate (OSA) is integral to ensuring operational excellence that elevates the shopping journey for Ulta Beauty patrons. By upholding store cleanliness, replenishing stock, and executing designated tasks, the OSA assists the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. A keen eye for detail and strict adherence to protocols are essential for this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (*Core Functions)

Performance

  • Contribute to the store's retail objectives by performing tasks effectively and guaranteeing product accessibility.
  • Meet operational benchmarks and task completion targets promptly.
  • Maintain consistent attendance.

Team Dynamics

  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and supports both colleagues and customers.
  • Engage in training opportunities to enhance professional growth and boost sales.

Operational Procedures

  • Strictly follow Ulta Beauty's policies and guidelines.
  • Comply with the dress code standards.
  • Implement merchandise resets, inventory management, and uphold store tidiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High school diploma is preferred.

Experience

  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Engagement in continuous movement and physical tasks throughout shifts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
