Your Role: As a Math Instructor, you will be an energetic and approachable individual who will create a supportive atmosphere for our students and their families. You will receive training to deliver effective math instruction and inspire students to engage with the material. Your role will involve fostering a positive and productive learning environment, building confidence in students, and demonstrating the value of our programs. You will also monitor and communicate student progress with the management team and assist with operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-center, online, or hybrid instruction using the Schoolhouse 4 Math methodology
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting

  • Become adept with digital educational tools and processes
  • Maintain a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and receive training
  • Proficiency in mathematics up to at least Algebra I
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A high school diploma

All candidates will be required to demonstrate math proficiency through a literacy assessment and provide necessary documentation for employment.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time, 3 shifts per week (flexible hours)

Compensation:

  • $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
