Overview

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem/Flex/PRN Float RN. This role offers flexibility in day/night and number of hours worked, with a base rate of $40/hour and variable shift incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients
  • Float between designated Mercy Hospital facilities in various departments, including Critical Care, Tele, Med/surg, Women Health, L&D, Behavioral Health, and ER
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Current Multistate Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum 1 year's RN hospital bedside experience, specialty-specific, within the last year
  • BLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on position/unit
