Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Perform quality control duties, including inspecting work and identifying non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Communicate with the project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work, and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution, ensuring that the project stays on track.
• Maintain a daily log of activities on the jobsite, documenting progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner, adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of commercial construction ground-up work experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency in construction software and OSHA certification.
• Impeccable safety record and ability to maintain a safe working environment.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Omaha, Nebraska, requiring PPE and experience with the personal protective equipment.
