About the Role

Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability
  • Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies
  • Develop and manage a project schedule to include three and six-week look-ahead schedules
  • Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment
  • Collaborate with project partner superintendents
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
  • Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects
  • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
  • Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
  • Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
