Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development:

  • Classroom Environment:
    • Establish a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all students.
    • Effectively manage daily schedules and transitions.
    • Address behavioral challenges with constructive guidance.
  • Parent Engagement:
    • Maintain clear and open communication with families regarding their child's development.
    • Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress and updates.
    • Encourage parental involvement in school initiatives.
  • Health and Safety Standards:
    • Ensure a clean and organized classroom and communal areas.
    • Follow all health and safety protocols diligently.
    • Supervise children during various activities to ensure their safety.
  • Professional Growth:
    • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
