Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide extraordinary service and experience for our clients and pets, communicate effectively between doctors, team members, and clients, manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, welcome and assist clients/pets arriving for appointments, schedule/confirm outpatient appointments and inpatient procedures, and maintain a clean environment in exam rooms, front desk, and lobby.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a love for both pets and people, previous client service experience in an animal hospital is required, and a knowledge of basic veterinary medicine is necessary. Additionally, you must be punctual and dependable, a self-starter, able to multitask, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medications and common veterinary conditions/terminology is also preferred.

Work Schedule and Compensation
The scheduled hours will vary, but we are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, and select Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm (typically 1 per month). Hourly compensation is dependent on previous experience, ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Flexibility is preferred, and national presence enables us to deliver technology and innovations that simplify work and expand care for all.
