Role SummarySoliant is in search of a committed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a contract role. In this position, you will collaborate within an educational environment, assisting students with their communication challenges under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of speech therapy plans.
- Work closely with students to enhance their communication skills.
- Document student progress and report findings to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related discipline.
- Possession of an SLPA License from the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- Experience with school-aged children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
