Merchandising Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Director to lead our Women's Dresses and Tops category. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute category strategies that drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction
• Leverage your expertise and vision to make data-driven decisions and drive business results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 5 years' experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
• 7 years' experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
• 2 years' supervisory experience
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
