Visionary Store Leader for Growth and Excellence

Overview: EssilorLuxottica is a leading eyewear industry leader with a legacy of 35 years, offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager at LensCrafters.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000, based on industry standards and market conditions.
Job Description: As a Store Manager at LensCrafters, you will be the leader of a high-performing team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary objective will be to integrate the Brand Story and execute the customer experience flawlessly.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unparalleled customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Training & Coaching: Provide training and coaching to the team, leveraging company-provided programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store key performance indicators (KPIs), including Net Promoter Score, sales, customer count, and others.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Attract and hire a highly engaged team, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Partnering with Doctors: Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience, driving store KPIs and ensuring a seamless patient journey.
- Operational Excellence: Take pride in the store and guide the team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks flawlessly, ensuring the best customer and patient experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge from operations, processes, and business implications.
- Soft Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, and strong communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, basic math skills, and sales skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: College degree or equivalent.
- State Licensure: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
- Specialized Training: LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail, with a high level of business acumen.
