Overview

Job Description
This position involves leading teams, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, friendly, and passionate about serving high-quality food and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Experience in restaurant management, preferably in the QSR industry, with recent relevant experience managing a team and handling finances (P&L, Food Cost, Labor).
• Familiarity with breakfast and drive-through services is a plus, especially for those who aim to excel in these areas.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift.
• A passion for making every customer smile and understanding that success depends on the success of others.

Benefits
We offer a flexible schedule, which includes Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience, with 1 year of general manager experience being preferred.
