We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker IV to join our team at the Hawaii State Judiciary. As a Social Worker IV, you will be responsible for providing intensive social case work and related services in the most complex cases presenting a wide range of psycho-social problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex social and emotional needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other professionals and community agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced social workers.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 2.5 years of experience in social work, preferably in a court or juvenile justice setting.
- Strong knowledge of social work theories and practices.
